Founded Shenzhen's first zero-waste lifestyle retail concept from scratch; owning business validation, brand positioning, spatial design, supply chain, store SOPs, P&L and content, and took it from idea to open doors in under 2 months.

  • Built a 200+ SKU product range; developed and managed 100+ supplier relationships, establishing procurement, pricing, inventory, merchandising, SKU optimization and repurchase management systems.
  • Developed brand visuals and content strategy; planned and executed brand content online and offline marketing, growing a community of approximately 400 members.
